Gender Identity and Affirming Care
Gender Dysphoria
Outspace provides affirming psychiatric care for trans and nonbinary people without gatekeeping or judgment. We support you through dysphoria, transition, and beyond.
Most patients pay less than $30 per appointment.
What is Gender Dysphoria?
Gender dysphoria is the significant distress some transgender and nonbinary people experience due to incongruence between their gender identity and how they are perceived or how their body feels. Psychiatric support helps manage that distress and address co-occurring depression and anxiety.
How it affects LGBTQ+ people
Trans and nonbinary people often face healthcare systems that add stress to an already difficult experience. Outspace follows WPATH standards and takes a patient-led approach: we are here to support your care, not to decide whether you qualify for it.
Our treatment approach
We provide mental health support for gender dysphoria, evaluation for gender-affirming care, coordination with endocrinologists and surgeons, and treatment of co-occurring conditions. No unnecessary gatekeeping.

Danielle Richardson
Therapy is often the first brave step toward healing—and I’m so proud of you for starting on that path. I believe deeply in the power of being seen, heard, and understood, especially in moments when life feels heavy, messy, or uncertain.

I work best with clients who are feeling stuck—like something in life has shifted, and the tools that once worked just aren’t cutting it anymore. My ideal client is one who is going through a challenge in life that is causing them to feel stuck or regress in everyday functioning.
