LPC, Clinical Director | He/Him

As a Pakistani-American Muslim therapist, I know what it's like to hold multiple identities at once and navigate a world that doesn't always make space for all of them. I bring that understanding, along with 5 years of clinical experience, into a practice rooted in CBT and humanistic care. My background spans addiction, anxiety, depression, acculturative stress, and burnout, and I work with clients from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and BIPOC communities. I offer sessions in English, Urdu, and Hindi. Whoever you are, there's a place for you here.
