Rachel Winters
LPC Associate, LMFT Associate | She/Her
Picture a session where your identity, your relationships and your changing beliefs all get room to breathe. I'm Rachel Winters, an LGBTQ+ therapist and LMFT Associate for queer and trans individuals and couples across Texas. I help with relationship conflict, identity questions, anxiety, trauma and leaving or rethinking a faith tradition. Clients of every background, belief and family structure are at home here. At Outspace, your pronouns, your partner and your chosen family are always welcome.
Maybe you and your partner keep circling the same conflict, or family expectations still shape how you see yourself. I use attachment-based therapy, which helps you understand how you connect with the people you love. Narrative work helps you tell your story on your own terms. My style is culturally humble, curious and direct. In our first session, we'll figure out where to begin together.
I believe everyone deserves to feel genuinely heard. Outside sessions, I'm spending time with my blended family, fostering animals or listening to audiobooks. I see clients virtually anywhere in Texas. Whenever you're ready, I'd love to meet you.
