W. KaNeesha Allen
LMFT Associate | She/Her
Picture a session where your queerness and your neurodivergence both get to take up space. I'm KaNeesha Allen, an LGBTQ+ therapist and LMFT Associate for queer, trans and neurodivergent teens and adults across Texas. I help with anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict and the exhaustion of masking. Clients of every background, identity and faith are welcome. At Outspace, your pronouns, your identity and your chosen family are part of the conversation.
Maybe you're holding a few identities at once and you're tired of explaining any of them. I use narrative therapy, which helps you reclaim the story of who you are. DBT skills help you ride out big emotions, and solution-focused work builds on your strengths. My style is affirming and culturally attuned. In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you in and how your brain works best.
I believe every story matters, especially the ones the world overlooks. Outside sessions, you'll find me reading, thrifting or planning my next trip. I see clients virtually anywhere in Texas. Whenever you're ready, I'd love to meet you.
