With over 25 years of experience, I've had the privilege of walking alongside LGBTQ+ individuals and couples through some of life's most complex moments. My background spans psychiatric hospitals, community mental health, and private practice, and I bring all of that into a space where every part of who you are is welcomed without question. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to offer compassion, evidence-based tools, and a relationship built on genuine trust. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or questions of identity and sexuality, you don't have to carry it alone.
